Benaz Irani is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Ticketmaster, beginning in November 2023, where responsibility includes leading the platform design for TM1 and enhancing user experience through a unified Information Architecture. Prior to this role, Benaz spent nearly six years at OpenTable, advancing from Product Designer to Product Design Manager, directing design strategy for core products and managing teams across multiple regions. Benaz's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in co-founding Therapy For Designers, providing support and resources for design professionals. Benaz also brings experience from DesignMap, where significant redesigns for major clients were accomplished, and WebHype, leading web design initiatives. Benaz holds a Double Bachelor of Communication Design and Business from Swinburne University of Technology.
