Alanna Kitaeff is an accomplished product management executive with extensive experience leading high-impact teams across notable companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Ticketmaster since May 2018, Alanna has spearheaded the launch of groundbreaking technologies, including "SafeTix," and managed multiple product areas focused on delivering value to clients and fans. Previous roles include Director of Product Management at iHeartRadio, where Alanna oversaw the iOS app's development and user experience, and Senior Product Manager in mobile products at American Express, where Alanna led the launch of various mobile app features and digital payment solutions. Alanna holds a BBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
