Head of Customer Experience at Ticket Tailor

Rhio Cory has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Retail Associate at Encore Tickets Limited. In 2017, Rhio joined Lavanda, first as a Multi-channel Onboarding Manager, then as a Senior Listings Manager, and finally as the Head of Client Enablement until September 2020. Rhio then transitioned to Ticket Tailor, where they worked as a Customer Experience Lead, focusing on customer strategy, UX improvement, and user retention. In January 2023, Rhio became the Head of Customer Experience at Ticket Tailor, responsible for building a scalable and world-class customer experience, advocating for customer needs, and utilizing quantitative and qualitative data.

Rhio Cory obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from UCL between the years 2011 and 2014.
