Marc Walsh has a strong background in compliance and insurance. Marc started their career as a Travel Recoveries Negotiator at Fortis Insurance Limited in 2001. Marc then worked their way up to become a Household Claims Negotiator before transitioning to Ageas as a Compliance Technical Analyst in 2006. At Ageas, they held various roles including Compliance Manager and Compliance Policy Advisor. In 2023, they became the Head of Compliance at Ticker.

Marc Walsh attended Barton Peveril College from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a GNVQ in Media with a focus on Communication and Media Studies.
