Phil Ly has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as President of TIC Software since August 1983. Prior roles include Development Manager at Tandem Computers from 1979 to 1983, District System Manager at Wang from 1978 to 1979, and Systems Analyst at Nortel from 1976 to 1978, after working at SYCOR prior to its acquisition by Nortel. Phil Ly holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, earned between 1993 and 1995, and a degree in Engineering Science from Stony Brook University, obtained in 1976.
