Falen Fricchione has been working in the design industry since 2008. Falen began their career as a Paint Associate at The Home Depot, then moved to Graphic Designer at Krystal Writing Boards in 2015. In 2016, they started working as a Graphic Designer at Quidd (We're Hiring!), where they were responsible for all pitch material and new IP launches within the app. In 2018, they took on a role as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Merchandising at Home Depot. In 2019, they were a Digital Designer at PS Digital Creative Agency, and in 2021, they began working as a Graphic Designer at Tibles.

Falen Fricchione attended Central Virginia Community College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Design and Visual Communications, General. Falen then went on to Liberty University, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Graphic Design.
