Ario Bigattini has over 25 years of experience in product verification and engineering. Ario began their career in 1995 at Nortel Networks as a Systems Engineer, where they were part of the team that turned up the world's first In-Service OC192 network. In 1998, they joined Cerent Corporation as a Product Verification Engineer, where they worked on TDM Telcordia and RBOC requirements and Bellcore certification. In 1999, they moved to Cisco Systems as a Product Verification Senior Manager, where they expanded the System Test teams globally and implemented a TL9000 compliant methodology. In 2007, they joined Dilithium Networks as a Product Verification Manager, where they focused on communication, ownership, and motivation. In 2008, they joined Enphase Energy as a Product Verification Engineer, where they authored the software portion of the Product Verification Guidelines and implemented the initial tools required to manage a product release cycle. In 2017, they joined Tibit Communications, Inc. as a Test Manager, and in 2023 they joined Ciena as a Senior Manager, SVT/PV Engineering Routing/IP.

Ario Bigattini obtained a High School diploma from Centennial Academy between 1980 and 1985. Ario then went on to Concordia University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering between 1987 and 1991. Finally, they completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at Concordia University between 1992 and 1995.
