Neil DeAbreu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and functional development, currently serving as Project Lead at Tiber Creek Consulting, Inc. since December 2020. In this role, Neil directs end-to-end product development and optimizes the product backlog as a product owner, ensuring stakeholder priorities guide the product roadmap. Previous roles at Tiber Creek include Lead Functional Developer, where Neil innovated and enhanced data analytics solutions while mentoring junior developers, and Functional Developer, focusing on user-interface design and data modeling. Earlier experience includes serving as a FOIA Specialist at the United States Department of Defense, managing information requests and providing regulatory guidance, as well as a Police Officer overseeing operational security.
