David Sullivan is an experienced professional with a background in managing construction and renovation projects. Currently serving as the Director of Installed Sales at Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC since March 2024, David previously held the position of Vice President and Business Manager at Schernecker Property Services, Inc. from November 2007 to May 2024, overseeing exterior capital renovations on large multi-family properties. Earlier in David's career, the role of Plant Manager was undertaken at Space Coast Truss from July 2005 to November 2007. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Saint Leo College, along with education from Mount Mansfield Union HS.
