Anton Kaiser has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Anton is currently the Chief Operating Officer at TIB Chemicals AG, where they are responsible for the group's global operational activities, including production, investments, operational excellence, safety, and sustainability. Additionally, they have business responsibility for the group's metal surface chemistry business unit.

Prior to their current role, Anton worked at Clariant, starting in 2011. Anton held several positions within the company, including Vice President Global Operations, Global Head of Strategic Innovation, Global Innovation Manager, and Laboratory Manager. As the Laboratory Manager, they led a team and was responsible for the development of surfactants and polymeric surfactants, specifically focusing on oil soluble surfactants.

Before joining Clariant, Anton worked as a Laboratory Manager at Merck from 2010 to 2011, where they gained further experience in managing laboratory operations. Anton also had an internship at BASF in 2009.

In 2007, they obtained their Doctorate in Organic Chemistry (Dr. rer. nat.) from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where they had previously earned a Diploma in Chemistry in 2006. Anton also has experience in Polymer Technology, as they studied this field at Eindhoven University of Technology from 2005 to 2006. For their secondary education, Anton attended St. Ursula Schule Geisenheim from 1992 to 2001, where they obtained their High School degree with a focus on Mathematics and Chemistry.
