Charlotte Roubaud has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Chef de reception & conciergerie at Tiara Hotels & Resorts since February 2023. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Chef de brigade at Hôtel Majestic Barrière from March 2022 to January 2023, and worked as Chef de réception and Réceptionniste at FLOCONS DE SEL between April 2019 and March 2022. Charlotte's career also includes roles as Réceptionniste at maeva and Hôtesse at Cap d'Antibes Beach Hotel and Hotel Martinez. Additional experience includes Chef de rang positions at Regatta bar eatery and CHATEAU DE LA CHEVRE D'OR. Charlotte holds a diplôme universitaire et technologique in Gestion des services de tourisme et voyages from Institut Universitaire de Technologie Cannes, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
