Michael Lichter is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital channel development and transformation initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of B2B Digital Channel Tech at TIAA since December 2014, Michael specializes in enhancing processes for smaller institutions through automation and digital tools, while also overseeing security collaboration within institutional services. Prior to TIAA, Michael held the position of Director of Mobile and Web Application Development at NASDAQ OMX, where significant cost savings were achieved through strategic CMS procurement. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Programmer Analyst Sr. Specialist at SureSource and a Senior Web Developer at Aon Hewitt. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Western Connecticut State University.
