Bill Blackledge is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in the field of education and instructional technology. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at TIAA, Bill has previously held positions as an Instructional Designer at Lash Group and as an Instructional Technology Facilitator and Middle Grades Teacher with Union County Public Schools. Additionally, Bill has contributed to higher education as an Adjunct Faculty member at Kent State University. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Education (B.S.E.) with a focus on Middle Childhood Education from Kent State University at Stark from 2001 to 2006.
