Lesley Heasman CMIIA, QICA, has extensive experience in auditing, currently serving as an Audit Manager at TIAA Ltd since October 2014. Prior to this role, Lesley was an Assistant Manager at Chantrey Vellacott DFK from July 2008 to October 2014, where work involved auditing various public sector and private clients. Lesley also held the position of Principal Auditor at Arun District Council from August 2004 to July 2008, focusing on mentoring junior staff and completing the annual audit plan. Earlier career experiences include roles at East Sussex County Council and Numerica PLC, where Lesley was responsible for planning and conducting risk-based audits. The auditing career began as an Audit Assistant at Worthing Borough Council from July 1999 to January 2003. Lesley's expertise includes extensive information governance and Data Protection knowledge.
