Ryann Vernetson, MA, LPC, currently serves as Senior Director of Care Strategy & Innovation at Tia since September 2021, after previously holding the position of Director of Clinical Strategy & Innovation. Tia, which operates based in San Francisco, is dedicated to establishing a new standard of care for women across multiple states, integrating various health services. Prior to joining Tia, Ryann was the Chief of Clinical Innovation & Technology at SAFY of America from August 2014 to September 2021, an organization focused on supporting families and children. Earlier experience includes serving as Family Program Director at The Matthews House from 2011 to July 2014, with roles as Family Team Leader and Youth & Family Transition Facilitator. Ryann earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, English, and Criminology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
