Yuly Melina Delgado Ruiz is a professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control within the food industry. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Lead at TIA S.A. since October 2019, Yuly has held roles including Quality System Analyst and Quality Control Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as a Laboratory Research Assistant at ESPOL, focusing on the biodegradability of biopolymers, and an internship in Quality Assurance Quality Control at Industrial Pesquera Santa Priscila. Yuly also worked as a Good Manufacturing Practices Trainer at aceventos, educating staff on food handling practices. Yuly holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, completed in 2019.
