Leonardo Fenato Mariani currently serves as the OPX & Business Transformation Manager at thyssenkrupp since January 2024. Previously, Leonard held the position of Maintenance Central Manager at PHINIA from July 2022 to January 2024, overseeing maintenance functions and key performance indicators. Prior to that, as BU Manager in a GDI Pump business unit at PHINIA, responsibilities included managing 280 employees and ensuring production quality. Leonardo's earlier roles include Manufacturing Manager at BorgWarner, supervising 400 employees, and Industrial Engineering Supervisor at Delphi Technologies, where the focus involved systems maintenance and budget control. An Industrial Engineer earlier in career at Delphi and an intern in engineering at Thesa Automação e Segurança set the foundation for strong operational expertise. Leonardo is currently pursuing an MBA at Tecnológico de Monterrey, expected to complete in December 2025.
