Jana Haße has extensive work experience in various roles related to digital services, business development, and project management. Jana currently serves as the Tribe Lead for Digital Sales & Customer Technologies at thyssenkrupp NXT, where they are involved in shaping the future of the company by developing innovative business models and implementing them successfully. Prior to joining thyssenkrupp, Jana worked at MEDION AG, where they held positions such as Team Lead for Digital Services & Business Development, Deputy Team Lead for Digital Services, and Project Manager for Digital Services. Jana also worked as a Junior Project Manager for Content Portals at MEDION AG. Jana's earlier experience includes a role as a Graduate Student and Sales Support at Innova Market Insights.
Jana Haße completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business & Management Studies at HAN University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad del Salvador, focusing on Marketing. Jana then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Marketing und Communication at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2018 to 2021.
