Christopher Lau, PhD, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005. In 2009, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University. Finally, they attended the Pardee RAND Graduate School, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Policy Analysis in 2014.
