Shene' Morison is an experienced Talent Manager currently at Thungela since March 2018, specializing in Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Performance Management. Previously, Shene' held various roles at Anglo American from August 2008 to March 2018, including Organizational Design Specialist, Organizational Development Officer, HR Officer Analytics, HR Officer, and HR Pit. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed project planning, management of organizational development projects, data analysis, employee relations, and recruitment processes. Prior to this, Shene' gained therapeutic experience at Phoenix House Rehabilitation Centre and completed an internship at Crescent Clinic. Shene' holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from RAU, obtained from 2004 to 2007.
