Danielle Peyton has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Danielle is currently the Director of People Operations at Terra since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People at the*gameHERs from February 2021 to December 2022. Danielle also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Teaching Lab from May 2021 to October 2021. Before that, they held the position of Director of Talent at UnboundEd.org from April 2018 to October 2020, and as an Operations Manager from October 2015 to April 2018. Danielle worked as a Senior Program Associate at ZERO TO THREE from 2014 to 2015 and was an Independent Contractor from 2013 to 2014. Danielle also worked as an Accreditation Associate at the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education from 2011 to 2013. Danielle started their career as a 4th Grade Teacher at Roosevelt School District from July 2009 to May 2010.

Danielle Peyton earned a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Learning, Design, and Technology from Purdue University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Arizona State University from 2004 to 2008. Danielle obtained their High School Diploma from Chandler High School from 2000 to 2004.
