Vince Holtmann

Dod/federal System Integrator Account Director at Thundercat Technology

Vince Holtmann has over 25 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology. Vince started their career in the United States Air Force in 1995 as a Cybersecurity and Telecommunications System Engineer, where they conducted evaluations of advanced Information Operation technologies for the Department of Defense. Vince also performed risk reduction and maturity assessments for Air Force cybersecurity technologies.

After leaving the Air Force in 2003, Holtmann worked as a Telecommunications System Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where they were responsible for the design and implementation of classified computer and communication network test beds. Vince also conducted test and evaluation activities for the Department of Defense and performed systems engineering and installation functions for large-scale demonstrations.

In 2005, Holtmann joined AT&T Cybersecurity as a System Engineer, where they provided research and design support for government IO test and training ranges. Vince researched, tested, and implemented network software/hardware solutions to support IO test and evaluation.

Holtmann then moved to General Dynamics in 2006, where they held the roles of Cyber Strategy Development & System Engineer and Cyber Channel Director/CTO. Vince maintained customer relationships, aligned company strategy with customer needs, and filtered opportunities based on priorities and strategic fits. Vince was also responsible for business development activities leveraging General Dynamic's channels to market and positioning Fidelis Cybersecurity Solutions within the company and its Federal customers.

In 2013, Holtmann joined Fidelis Cybersecurity as the Business Director, Federal, where they were responsible for delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions to Federal, State, and Defense Industrial Base customers. Vince coordinated technical resources and solutions to fill customer cyber defense gaps and assigned experts to support breach, incident response, and forensic investigation events.

Currently, Holtmann is working at ThunderCat Technology as the DOD/Federal System Integrator Account Director, a position they have held since 2016.

Vince Holtmann has a strong education history with a focus in business and technology. Vince began their educational pursuits in 1997, where they attended the Community College of the Air Force and earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Electronic Principals.
