Jimmy Horton is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently employed at Thunderbird Metals since May 2015, Jimmy focuses on enhancing facility safety, driving new product growth, and lowering manufacturing costs. Prior to this role, Jimmy served as Engineering Manager at Worthington Industries from 2008 to April 2015, where similar objectives were emphasized. Earlier in the career, Jimmy spent over a decade at Piper Impact Inc., beginning as a New Product Development Engineer, responsible for product inquiries, cost estimations, and the design of manufacturing processes, tooling, gages, and quality controls.
