Lys Fletcher, PMP-RMP, has extensive experience in project management and IT consulting, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Thunder since June 2022. Previously, Lys held senior positions at Concentrix and machineLOGIC, focusing on IT project management. Lys also worked at Plante Moran as an IT Operations Manager and Senior Technical Consultant, and undertook contract roles as a Senior Cloud Developer Consultant at Oniqua MRO Software and Service Desk Support Tech at Gensler. Early career experiences include positions at ActioNet, The Kemtah Group, and T-Mobile, covering various technical support roles. Lys holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from San Jacinto College.
