Carolyn Peys is the Head of PMO at Thunder. Carolyn has over 20 years of experience in project management and customer success. Carolyn has a deep understanding of the factors that drive customer success for Salesforce implementations. Carolyn has been with Thunder for 2 years and has been instrumental in the company's growth and success.

Carolyn Peys has a BA in English and Women & Gender Studies from the University of Vermont. Carolyn also has a Practical Project Management certification from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Carolyn Peys pursued their Master's Degree in Information and Communication Technology, Technology Management at the University of Denver and earned their degree. Carolyn is also certified by Salesforce as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA). In addition, they have received certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMP) and Scrum Alliance (Certified ScrumMaster). Carolyn is also SAFe Agilist certified from Scaled Agile, Inc. and has an AWS Training Certificate of Completion: AWS Business Professional from Amazon Web Services.
