Gugulethu Siso has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries.
In 2008, they started their career as an intern at SANLAM Namibia.
In 2010, Gugulethu worked as a Personal Assistant at PC Centre for a short period.
From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Communications Officer at AIESEC Namibia.
In 2014, Gugulethu joined Global Business Labs-Namibia as a Business Developer.
In 2015, they co-founded Ninety Nine Investments (Pty) Ltd and served as the Managing Director. The company offered trolley management solutions to retailers and experienced significant growth during their tenure.
Starting in 2018, Gugulethu became the Chief Executive Officer of Thumeza, a fintech platform providing data-powered financing for logistics players across Africa. Gugulethu successfully transitioned the company from a last-mile delivery services provider to a freight-centric platform.
In 2022, Gugulethu joined Future Females as a Programme Coach, where they mentored and coached female entrepreneurs towards investor readiness.
Throughout their career, Gugulethu has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of implementing successful strategies to drive growth and provide empathetic solutions to clients.
Gugulethu Siso began their education at St Georges Diocesan College Namibia from 2006 to 2010. Gugulethu then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Strategic Marketing at the University of Namibia, which they started in 2011 and paused in 2015.
