Jeff Tabachnick is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Thumbtack since February 2021 and as CTO at Vivus Tech since May 2018, Jeff has previously contributed to Luminary Media and NiceLeads as a Senior Software Engineer and Senior Front End Engineer, respectively. Starting as a Front End Engineer at Udacity (2016-2018), Jeff's career also includes project management experience as an Associate Project Manager at Holland Partner Group, where involvement in a significant $240M multi-family housing project took place. Jeff was also the Lead Structural Engineer for Cal Poly’s Solar Decathlon team, which won third place nationally, and held leadership roles in Alpha Epsilon Pi, driving the organization to achieve multiple accolades. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completed a coding program at Coding House in 2016.
