Caio Scofield is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Staff Product Manager at Thumbtack since September 2023, Caio focuses on customer acquisition and engagement within the growth organization. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager at Pinterest, overseeing ads measurement integrations, and Product Manager at Lyft, leading driver acquisition and onboarding efforts. Caio’s career began at Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant, where significant projects included designing a loan program for higher education and leading a turnaround project for a retirement fund strategy. Additional experience stems from roles at Microsoft, where Caio led monetization efforts for Office products, and General Electric, where a value-based pricing model for wind turbines generated substantial incremental revenue.
