Johanna Adner

Lead Product Developer - Textiles at Thule Group

Johanna Adner has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Lead Product Developer - Textiles at Thule Group, where they design and develops state-of-the-art products and acts as a mentor within the R&D organization. Prior to this, they worked at Fjällräven as a Production Coordinator and Buying Assistant, where they maintained international supplier relations and handled production coordination. Before that, they gained experience in sales support and customer service at Smeg SpA and worked as a Purchaser and Quality Coordinator at Duni AB, where they optimized goods income and handled complaint handling. Johanna also has experience in the retail industry, having worked as a Store Clerk at Esprit and Winn Dammode och Accesoarer. Early in their career, they were a Projektledare (project leader) at Torn Församling, where they organized a musical production involving children from the local area.

Johanna Adner has a diverse education history. Johanna obtained a Master of Arts/Science degree in Textile Management from the University of Borås in the years 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Kandidat degree in Logistic Service Management from Lund University from 2012 to 2015. In 2011, Johanna studied Fashion Design at Tau Learning, and in 2010 to 2011, they completed a Modedesign degree in Kläder och textilier at Ålsta Folkhögskola.

In addition to their formal education, Johanna also obtained a certification in Coachande Revenue Management from Lund University in collaboration with Sveriges Golfdestination No. 1 in December 2014.
