Ester Heynen has extensive experience in healthcare and human resources, currently serving as HR-manager and zorgcoördinator at Thuiszorg INIS B.V. since September 2008, while also acting as bestuurder at Samenwerkende Professionele Organisaties Thuis- en Kraamzorg (SPOT) since April 2017. Additionally, Ester holds a position as MR lid at Albert Einstein Lyceum from September 2019 to September 2024 and previously worked as team leader/planner at EasyJob Cleaning B.V. from April 2005 to September 2008. Ester is pursuing education at NCOI Opleidingen from September 2022 to January 2024 and attended Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2023.
