Phil Clark serves as Executive Chairman of the Wellcome Genome Campus at Wellcome Trust since November 2023 and has taken on multiple roles as Non Executive Director at Pinnacle Group Limited and Thriving Investments as of January and October 2023, respectively. Additionally, Phil holds the position of Chairman at Calthorpe Estates and has been an Independent Member of the Equity Investment Committee for Pension Insurance Corporation plc since February 2023. Phil is also an External Member of UCL Council and serves as Strategic Advisor at Fable.homes. Leadership is further demonstrated as Chairman of Pinnacle Investments and The Academy of Real Assets. Since May 2017, Phil has been Chairman of the Commercial Property Forum at RICS. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies at the University of Cambridge in the Prince of Wales Business and Sustainability Programme, a Senior Executive Programme from INSEAD, an MA from City, University of London, and a BSc from the University of Surrey, supplemented by foundational education at Denstone College.
