Destinee Duran has extensive experience in clinical recruiting and educational support roles. Currently serving as the Clinical Recruiting Manager at Thriving Center of Psychology since August 2022, Duran previously held the position of Talent Sourcing & Solutions Specialist at Refresh Mental Health from January 2022 to July 2022. Earlier roles include working as a Special Education Paraprofessional for Lewisville Independent School District from 2018 to 2021 and as a Preschool Teacher at Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy from 2014 to 2018. Duran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
