Lindsay Waters worked as a Financial Representative at Country Financial from August 2004 to July 2022, where they managed a full-service insurance and financial services office. Lindsay'sresponsibilities included optimizing sales, retention, hiring staff, community relations, and lead generation. Lindsay also monitored a product line consisting of over 50 different products across insurance and financial services. In August 2022, they joined Thrivent as a Market Director.

Lindsay Waters attended Marquette Catholic High School from 1996 to 2000. Lindsay then pursued a degree in Marketing at Bradley University from 2000 to 2004, with a focus on Marketing and Sales. Additionally, Lindsay Waters has obtained certifications in Series 6 and 63, Series 66, and Series 7 from FINRA.
