Hermon Mason, CLF®, BFA, currently serves as Market Vice President at Thrivent since November 2022. With a robust background in financial services, Hermon previously held the role of Regional Director at Prudential Financial, where focus was placed on developing relationships with business leaders and guiding Financial Professional Associates. Prior to that, Hermon was Agency Manager at COUNTRY Financial®, overseeing a wide range of insurance and financial products. Early career experiences include significant roles such as Director of Career Services at Corinthian Colleges, Veterans Claims Examiner at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and Director of Talent Acquisition with Marine Corps Recruiting. Hermon also has a military background as Supervisory Communications Specialist in the US Navy. Academic qualifications include a Chartered Leadership Fellow designation from The American College of Financial Services, a Master's degree in Human Resources & Employment Relations from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Averett University.
