Gregory Penoyer is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering, Digital at Thrivent since April 2023, focusing on enhancing user experience in digital account creation and product purchasing. Prior to this role, Gregory held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Tableau, where Agile methodologies were successfully implemented to improve team performance. Gregory's tenure at Starbucks included roles as Engineering Manager and SDET Lead, emphasizing end-to-end testing and CI/CD processes. With a substantial foundation from Microsoft, Gregory progressed through various leadership positions such as Principal Software Engineer Lead and Principal Test Manager, driving results across multiple teams and projects.
