Dan Rush is an experienced engineering manager currently serving at Thrivent since December 2022. Previously, Dan held the position of Senior Engineering Manager - Data COE at Winnebago Industries from November 2021 to December 2022, as well as Principal Data Engineer. Dan's experience also includes a role as Programmer-Analyst Senior at Huntington National Bank, which followed the acquisition of TCF Bank, where systems were converted to Huntington Bank's infrastructure. Dan's career began at TCF Bank, with a focus on B2B Data & Analytics, leveraging technologies such as MS SQL Server, Spark, Scala, and Tableau, among others. Prior to TCF Bank, Dan worked as a Software Developer at Universal Hospital Services. Dan earned a degree from the University of Minnesota between 1994 and 2000.
