Michael Delany is an experienced technology and project management professional with a diverse background in delivering IT solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Project Delivery Manager at Thrive since May 2021, Michael has previously held leadership roles including Director of Professional Services at ACS Services, Inc. and Chief Information Officer at Wave Technologies Inc. A co-founder of Applied Synergy Group, Michael developed a managed service model while overseeing multiple technology processes and projects. Michael's earlier experiences include technical operations management at Fast-teks and founding a successful on-site computer services business, demonstrating a strong commitment to client satisfaction and innovative IT solutions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and an Associate of Arts from Massasoit Community College.
