Tylor Hart, Ed.M, is a seasoned professional in higher education, currently serving as a Senior College Success Manager at Thrive Scholars since April 2021. In this role, Tylor mentors a team of seven and provides academic and social-emotional support to over 330 first-year college students. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Support Services at Boston University, where Tylor coached nearly 300 student-athletes to develop individual success plans, and as Program Coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences at Boston University, overseeing program operations and student support services. Tylor began the career at the University of Massachusetts Boston as a Student Admissions Representative, guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Tylor holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from UMass Boston.
