Debbie Passmore possesses extensive leadership experience in the restaurant industry, having served as Director of Operations at Dine Brands Global and Thrive Restaurant Group from May 2017 to November 2023. Prior experience includes owning a consulting business that provided advisory services to restaurant owners and serving as Vice President at Applebee’s Franchise Groups, where oversight included 103 locations generating $192 million in annual revenue. Debbie’s career also features roles as President of Apple South, Inc., managing a large franchise division, and positions at General Mills Restaurant Group focused on training and development. Educational credentials include a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completion of a Business Administration program at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
