Tracy Whitaker is an experienced professional in customer success and training development. Currently serving as a Customer Success Lead at THRIVE since August 2020, Tracy leads a team of customer success managers, driving performance and maximizing ROI for clients. Previous roles at THRIVE include Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Experience Manager, focusing on complex enterprise customers and supporting implementation processes. Before joining THRIVE, Tracy worked at Retail Marketing Group as National Training and Development Manager, where responsibilities included designing training strategies and managing sales teams for LG UK Home Appliance. Earlier experience at Shop Direct involved outbound sales in a call center environment. Tracy studied at Heart Of Worcestershire College from 2018 to 2019.
