Andrew Gonzales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Thrive HR, Inc. since November 2022, Andrew focuses on creating internal workflows and providing HR guidance to enhance team growth and development. As a Founding Partner at Essence Games LLC and previously as Director of Human Resources at Louisville Geek, LLC., Andrew has managed full life cycle recruitment, payroll, HRIS administration, and policy creation. Andrew also founded Kent and Peter, LLC, a software and embedded systems design company, and has held roles in product design and international relations, showcasing a versatile skill set in both HR and project management. Andrew holds an Associate of Arts degree from Long Beach City College.
