Renee Guder is a Chief of Organizational Development

at Thrive Group, with a background in long term care homes. Renee has over 10 years of experience in the field, with a focus on delivering holistic care to residents. Renee has a passion for ensuring that all residents receive the best possible care and are treated with respect and dignity. Renee is a strong advocate for continuous improvement and is always looking for ways to improve the quality of care delivered at Thrive Group.

Renee Guder has a Master of Arts in Leadership from the University of Guelph and a Registered Nursing Diploma from Mohawk College.
