Kashifa N. is a skilled Data Analyst currently at the Canadian Cancer Society since February 2022, focusing on community outreach research and data analysis to support event recruitment efforts. In addition, Kashifa serves as a Council Developer for the SeedsXThrive initiative at Thrive Group, where research on caregiver burnout and event coordination is prioritized. Active in various volunteer roles, including a Research Assistant at McMaster University and a SCORE! Project Volunteer, Kashifa has demonstrated a commitment to health and wellness initiatives for immigrant families. With a background in youth engagement through programs like Youth Troop and Shad Canada, as well as experience as an Education Assistant and Summer Camp Counselor, Kashifa brings a diverse skill set in data management, research, and community advocacy. Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Honours Life Sciences at McMaster University, Kashifa has cultivated a strong foundation for a career in the life sciences field.
