Dominic Broad is an experienced educational leader and podcast host currently serving as the Host of the Olympic Mindset Podcast & Coaching and the Director of Education at Thrive Education Partnership since September 2021. In this role, Dominic Broad provides governance, leadership training, and strategic planning to schools. Previously, Dominic held significant positions including Headteacher at SGS Pegasus School and Strategic Lead at Central South Consortium. As an Ambassador for Show Racism the RED Card Wales, Dominic Broad has actively promoted positive representations of Welsh domestic football. With a strong foundation in sports, earned through various coaching and management roles, as well as an impressive academic background including a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management, Dominic Broad combines expertise in education with a passion for community engagement and talent development.
