Honor Moor is an experienced board member for Montford Park Players and Thrive Asheville, and a playwright whose work, Mountain Political Action Committee, recently premiered at The Magnetic Theatre. Alongside a role as a Children's Acting Teacher at Asheville Community Theatre, Honor previously served as Director of Development for Altamont Theatre Company and Executive Director for both the Asheville Parks and Greenways Foundation and Junior Achievement Western North Carolina, managing significant fundraising efforts and overseeing numerous programs. Earlier experience includes the role of Events Director for the Cure for Lymphoma Foundation in New York City, where Honor organized major fundraising events. Honor holds a Bachelor's of Fine Art from the Maryland Institute College of Art and has trained in acting at Carnegie Hall Studios.
