Steve Barnett has an extensive work history in finance and commercial roles, with experience in companies such as Three UK, Travelport, O2 (Telefónica UK), NTL Group Ltd, Avis, and Royal and Sun Alliance Investment Management. Notable positions include Head of Finance, Finance Director, and various roles in commercial planning and analysis.

Steve Barnett attended Tomlinscote School from 1987 to 1992. Steve then pursued a BA Hons in Financial Services at Bournemouth University from 1996 to 2000, graduating with a 2:1. Subsequently, they obtained an ACMA qualification in Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2000 to 2003, achieving 1st time passes.
