Rory Horseman has a diverse work experience, starting as a Store Manager at Vodafone in 2010 and progressing to roles such as Business Development Specialist, Principal Partner Manager, and IoT Partner Manager. Rory also worked as a Director & Coach at Raced Coaching and as a Management Consultant at Onehorse Consulting before joining Three UK as the Partner Strategy Lead and later moving to the role of Head of Partner Strategy & Governance.

Rory Horseman attended Elmhurst School For Boys from 1992 to 1995, followed by Park Hill Junior School from 1995 to 2000. Rory then went on to Riddlesdown High School from 2000 to 2005. Rory later pursued a BA Hons in Drama Studies at the University of Winchester from 2007 to 2010, and they completed their education with an MA in Devised Performance from the same university from 2010 to 2012.
