Elissa Nazon is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in menu development and kitchen leadership. Currently serving as the Menu Development Chef and Director at Three Oaks Hospitality since May 2021, Elissa previously held the position of Executive Chef at M. Bird at Amature Works. Prior to these roles, Elissa worked as a Sous Chef at Legacy Hotel at IMG Academy from September 2018 to May 2021 and as Lead at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa from October 2015 to September 2018. Elissa Nazon holds two Bachelor's degrees in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Art Institutes and The International Culinary School AI, and is a graduate of Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School with a High School Diploma.
