Ricky Carter has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of video editing, designing, and animating. Ricky began their career at Postmasters as an Art Director in 1992 before moving on to INSP or The Inspirational Network as a Computer Graphics Director in 1993. At INSP, they provided broadcast design and animation services and led a team of designers. In 1997, they joined CMT / MTV Networks as a Designer/Animator, a position they held until 2006. Ricky then worked as a Freelance Designer/Animator at RCda from 2006 to 2009. Ricky moved on to Remnant Publications, where they served as the Creative Director from 2009 to 2011. Since 2011, Ricky has been working as a Designer/Animator/Video Editor at RCda, and they are currently employed at Three Angels Broadcasting Network (3ABN) since 2020, holding the role of a Video Editor.

Ricky Carter attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Art Design. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Lynda.com, including InDesign Quick Start, Learning Adobe XD, and iOS 11 Development Essential Training: Create Your First App, all in January and February 2018.
