Valerii Kuznietsov has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering, particularly specializing in Android development. Valerii started their career as a freelance worker, participating in the development and support of a social platform for North American football fans. Valerii then joined Sigma Software Group as an Android Engineer, where they designed and implemented automated tests and solved network and battery consumption issues. Valerii then worked as a Senior Android Developer at Waverley Software, where they built a white label application and improved app start-time, resulting in increased user engagement. At Sigma Software Group, they served as a Technical Lead, initiating and leading the re-architecture of a Xamarin app to native iOS and Android. Currently, Valerii works as a Staff Software Engineer Android at thredUP.

Valerii Kuznietsov holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute', which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their Master's, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the same university, studying from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Valerii has obtained several certifications, including being a participant in the Podlodka Product Crew and Podlodka TeamLead Crew programs. Valerii also holds a certification in Flutter Clock from Google, which they obtained in January 2020.
